四川西南交大土木工程设计有限公司成立于1992年，是西南交通大学的校级产业组织、西南交通大学土木创新实践基地、西南交通大学土木工程学院研究生实践基地、四川省高新技术企业、四川省优秀设计单位。

西南交通大学土木工程专业已有120多年历史，是我国最早开设土木工程专业的学校之一，已培养和造就桥梁专家茅以升、“预应力先生”林同炎等一大批著名专家和海内外院士，在大跨度桥梁研究方面始终处于国内领先地位。

公司充分依托西南交大强大的土木工程学科专业优势和科研成果转化优势，将先进的理论与技术运用于工程设计实践之中，已具备桥梁、城市隧道、道路、轨道交通、公路、公路特大桥梁、建筑等甲级设计资质、勘察甲级资质、给排水和风景园林乙级设计资质和工程资信甲级资质。

公司持续加强高水平人才队伍建设，始终将人才队伍的智力优势作为第一生产力。公司现有员工350余人，人才队伍结构合理，各专业工种配套齐全。其中，有全国工程设计大师1人，省工程设计大师1人，省优秀青年设计师5人，教授（含教授级高工）12人，高级工程师74人，工程师92人，注册工程师42人。公司总部设有3个直属分院，在全国各地共设立了17个分公司，可以完成各类大型土木工程项目设计。

公司致力于发扬西南交大“严谨、朴实”的传统。经过近三十年的不懈奋斗，公司不断超越自我，取得了斐然的业绩。现已发展成我国西南地区具有一定影响力的研究型设计单位。

自成立以来，公司已完成大中型土木工程设计千余项,主编和参编地方规范和技术标准若干项。其设计作品先后获得四川省科技进步一等奖1项、住建部优秀设计一等奖1项，教育部科学进步二等奖1项，广东省科学技术二等奖1项，四川省优秀设计一等奖18项、二等奖25项、三等奖27项、相关项目专利43项。

公司的代表项目有广州市猎德大桥、泸州市国窖长江大桥、成都天府新区的益州大道和云龙湾大桥工程等。这些设计作品在土木工程、公路交通中颇具特色，不仅得到了业界人士和建设单位的广泛好评，而且很多作品已经成为所属城市的地标性建筑。公司被评为四川省高新技术企业、四川省优秀设计单位,且连续10余年被表彰为纳税先进企业。

The spirit of SWJTU gestated the birth of the Sichuan Southwest Jiaoda Civil Engineering Design CO., LTD. in 1992. After the 30 years of growth, the company has awarded with several high-level certifications, including the 1st grade design qualification for road, bridge, tunnel, and urban railway in the municipal industry, highway and special long-span bridge in the highway industry, architecture in architectural industry; the 1st grade design qualification for surveying; the 2nd grade design qualification for  drainage, and landscape; and the 1st grade engineering consultation qualification. There are four sub-institutes in the company's headquarter, and a total of 17 branches have been set up all over the country. Since its foundation, our company has produced various art works featured in the fields of Chinese Civil Architecture and roadway transportation, and received great approvals from the experts in the related fields.

To promote the excellence achieved by the ancestors, our company has constantly bettered ourselves and achieved remarkable achievements after the 30 years of unremitting efforts. Our company is currently a research-based design firm with great influences and achievements in China and has received numerous honors such as one first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Sichuan Province, one first Prize of Excellent Design Award issued by Department of Housing Construction, and 18 times of the first prizes of provincial excellent design award, 25 times of the second prizes, 27 times of the third prizes, and 43 invention patents. The company will refresh itself and come up with better designs to meet the challenges of the new era, and cooperate the advanced theory and technology to the engineering practice.
